That photo was taken in the middle of an extensive Christmas cooking frenzy. I do wash my dishes 🙂 Trust me, I really do. Would you believe me if I posted a picture of it when it’s clean and tidy? No where near as interesting or shocking! I think this messy picture serves to point out that even with a tiny kitchen, and mis-matched cookwear, you can create great food. If you want to cook, you will cook – I’ve only ever had one kitchen that was so bad I stopped cooking, that was my first flat in Brighton. Oh that kitchen was bad. The only thing it had going for it was a beautiful ornamental cherry tree that grew so close to the window, when the window was open it came into the kitchen!
