Shape Shift Facilitator

Before+After2

I was overweight and stressed out. Felt I was hiding the real me. I’ve released 50 pounds of fat with these scientifically proven systems, and lots of baggage. I sleep better, my stress levels are way down, and my true self has been set free! I believe these systems really area better way, and I have something of genuine value to share. We are in 13 countries and have just launched in the United Kingdom.

Who are these two women? The one on the left is me at 210 pounds. I was onstage singing, with a full band backing me up, jamming the blues. The one on the right is me a year later at 160 pounds.

…and yes, this is one reason why I haven’t been posting recipes.  Last May (2016) I bought a 30-day cleanse and weight-loss system to kick start my weight loss.  I’ve used it to replace one or two meals a day.

It is so delicious, so easy, so nutritious and so convenient – and it has brought me so much freedom – it is a total no-brainer!

So now when I prepare a meal from scratch, I have more time and patience for the process.   And wow – I’ve created some amazing dishes in the past year and will be bringing you some recipes!

Meanwhile, click here to learn about the scientifically-proven cleanse and weight loss system I’ve been using.  Hey friends, I went from a 43 inch waistline to 32 inches.  Really.  I hadn’t had a 32 inch waistline since I was in my twenties!

Oh yeah, I’ve also been busy with this crazy character – learning to play the ukulele and sing – all at the same time! She is so much fun! I call her IzaDee Light!

And that’s why I call myself a shape-shift facilitator.

Workshops coming soon!

  • Vegetarian Tourtiere
Vegetarian Tourtiere What!? There’s no such thing! You can’t have tourtiere without minced meat. YES YOU CAN! I made it purely by accident, as with most amazing things, and it stands up to taste-testing by meat-eaters. Thing is, not…Read more ›
  • Turnip Pie the Spanish-Way (not)
I was invited to a multi-national potluck supper, and was brain dead with what to make.  When that happens, I usually fall back on Spanish Tortilla de Patates, but I had yellow turnips in my fridge – not potatoes.  I’ve…Read more ›
  • Leeks ‘N’ Lentils
Oh Yeah! The simplicity of this dish allows the flavours of the leeks and shiitake mushrooms to blend beautifully. It needs nothing more than salt and freshly ground pepper.  I thought about adding tumeric or fresh herbs, but loved…Read more ›
