Garbanzo Fruit Salad

Ciecierzyca-01Garbanzo is Spanish for what you probably know as chick peas.

I love using fresh fruit in salads, especially oranges.  It’s the burst of flavor when you bite into a piece of orange – it sparkles in your mouth.  The wine vinegar used in this salad also brings some pizazz.

This is a recipe I have stored on my Fitness Pal – something I pursued relentlessly for about 6 months then quit. It was just way too time consuming to enter each food with the precise details demanded by the app. But seeing as I have the nutritional values, I thought I’d include them here.
