INGREDIENTS
- about 1/2 cup cooked wheat grains
- about 1/4 cup mashed tofu
- 2 dessert spoonfuls shelled hemp
- 1 dessert spoonful golden linseed
- 2 brazil nuts, finely chopped
- 1 large desert spoon finely diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- about 2 dessert spoonfuls finely chopped fresh mint
- about 1 dessert spoonful fresh sage
- about 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- about 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- a sprinkle of fine herbs
- 1 small tomato, finely diced
- freshly ground salt and pepper
- a drizzle of olive oil
METHOD
Mash all together with a fork to blend, but not to break the wheat grains. Spread on your favorite bread or crackers. Makes enough spread for four regular size rice cakes.
