Conscious Citizen Award goes to Rebecca Bours of Las Vegas, Nevada for making an effort to raise the consciousness of people in her community to the importance of recycling, and for picking up other people's recyclable trash when she walks her dog, and for extending that effort to the global community  by blogging about it!
